METHODOLOGY
How catalogue records are kept specific and reviewable.
Exact model and market first
A model code is not treated as globally interchangeable. Market, material variant and document revision are retained where they affect the identity or evidence. Family-level information is not used to invent an exact-model value.
Field-level evidence
Reviewed technical fields carry their own source information and evidence locator. A record can therefore contain reviewed values from more than one applicable official manufacturer document. Conflicting, inaccessible or insufficiently specific evidence remains quarantined or unknown.
STC and other conditions stay separate
Solar-panel STC power, voltage and current are not substituted with NMOT/NOCT, bifacial or other test-condition values. For inverters, W and VA remain distinct ratings and current/voltage values retain the scope established by the source.
Unknown is not zero
Missing evidence is displayed as “Not verified” or “Unknown.” The site does not infer a missing value from a neighbouring model, a different market or a product-family range.
Coverage states
“Deep comparison” means the record passed the applicable field-coverage gate used for this release. “Identity reviewed · coverage incomplete” means the exact identity can be listed while one or more comparison fields remain unavailable. Neither label is a compatibility, grid, design or safety approval.
Representative inverter images
Inverter artwork is a generic visual aid mapped by reviewed equipment category. It is not an exact photograph or dimensional representation and does not establish any technical fact. Each inverter visual carries the caption “Representative illustration — not the manufacturer’s exact hardware appearance.”
Corrections and updates
Corrections should identify the exact model, market and official source. New evidence is reviewed before it changes an integrated field. Product pages show source links and checked dates where the final evidence record supports them.
